While we are not legal experts, our role as marketing researchers enables us to provide valuable insights into the broader implications of the proposed regulatory changes for both consumers and markets.We welcome the government&#x2019;s commitment to establishing a framework that protects consumers while fostering innovation in financial technology services. However, we believe further considerations are necessary to ensure that the regulation is effective, proportionate, and future-proof.
