Item Description: An interdisciplinary collaboration with S. Doak (UoA12) using near-field imaging techniques to study fluorescently tagged human chromosomes. It concluded that methods of cell storage and specific protocols for fluorescence in-situ hybridisation were critical for successful imaging, acting as a springboard to further developments and publications considering bio-tagging methods.
