Offences can range from false representation about qualifications and experience to fraudulent consent forms, and through to bogus invoices and charging ghost patients. In this article, Richard Griffith and Cassam Tengnah outline what constitutes fraud and the measures taken by the NHS to counter fraudulent activity.</p> |
