Abstract: The workshop outlined in this paper was based on research with maturestudents which explored how COVID had impacted on their digital skillsdevelopment and digital self-efficacy. The outcomes of the research were thatalthough participants’ digital skills had increased, their self-efficacy hadlagged. The reason for the delay was shown to be a lack of opportunity todevelop their self-efficacy whilst studying under COVID regulations. Theworkshop presented the research and asked participants to explore ways inwhich educators could support the development of students’ digital selfefficacy in a post-COVID world. The workshop participants suggested twointerventions which would help to overcome the challenges explored. Thiswork was co-produced with a student intern who provided the perspective of astudent with personal experience of studying through COVID.
