This paper was published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition which has an impact factor of 2.68 which ranks the journal in the top 12% in Sports Science realted journals(9th of 79 journals in Sport Sciences). To date the majority of the literature in the area of Creatine supplementation have examined the role Creatine plays in promoting skeletal muscle mass and strength. The current study is the first studies to examine the potential role Creatine plays in skill and cognitive function. The results of this study highlight another important and novel role for Creatine Supplementation in health and disease |
