Item Description: This paper is one of the outputs produced during Dr Brown’s EPSRC mobility fellowship (School of Medicine at Cardiff University). The paper focuses on the development of statistical methods to describe nanoparticle dilution across a cellular population over many generations. Analysis provided insight into heterogeneity of cell-cycle times and the propensity of the individual cell to acquire and genealogically redistribute a nanoparticle dose.
