Item Description: Dr Kingsley has a history of high-quality publications in the field of phosphatidylserine supplementation and the influence of this supplement on the physiological responses to exercise. This paper presents the findings from a collaborative study on the influence of phosphatidylserine supplementation on neuroendocrine function by moderating the effects of moderate-intensity exercise on stress hormones. The paper was published in an open access journal (IF: 2.68) with the aim to enhance the readership of research within this area.
