Item Description: |
This is an international collaborative project involving researchers from National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) to determine the origin of ferromagnetism in the novel dilute magnetic semiconducting material based on copper-doped ZnO. This work is leading to the development of spin light emitting diodes that can find applications in data storage, which has major impact in information technology. |
