Item Description: This paper is an attempt to demonstrate a non-conventional, water cooling method of microelectronic cooling in an industrial environment. This work was part of a collaborative industrial research project (CIRP), funded by Welsh Government. A total of 50% of the funding in kind was given by the local SME, Pure Wafer Limited, Swansea.
