Abstract: |
A polymeric carbon nitride (g-C3N4) nanosheets/graphene hybrid phototransistor designed for the near-UV regime is reported. Efficient transfer of electrons from g-C3N4 to graphene is observed under illumination. The devices show a responsivity in the order of 103 A W−1 with a large and reproducible photocurrent. The hybrid is found stable after storing under ambient conditions for more than 130 days. |
