This work was funded by a BBSRC-Link award, Lee was co-investigator with Clifton who together developed the theoretical basis. Kennett and Dourish were industrial partners at Vernalis Research UK, Somerville provided expertise on anatomy. Hypotheses developed jointly by Lee and Clifton, Lee established methodologies, conducted studies and analyses. Interpretation of results and application of findings to the pre-clinical drug discovery process at Vernalis carried out jointly by the team of Lee, Clifton, Kennett and Dourish. |
