The article was 100% drafted by Dr Bradbury, revised in consultation with his co-author, and based on data collected jointly. The research was funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (Grant number L219252103). It appears in a special edition of the journal solely edited by Dr Bradbury, who also wrote the introduction and conclusion and co-authored one other article. The collection arose from a seminar organised at University College London in 2005, and also funded by the ESRC. |
