| Item Description: |
Originality: This paper presents a novel proposal to present search result data in more effective ways by giving insight into the content of documents without the user having to access each full document. Rigour: Uses information classification, and experimental design drawing on lab-based user study and statistical analysis. Significance: Search as 'answer' rather than result list is becoming an important focus of large-scale search providers including Google and Yahoo. [Top ubicomp journal] |
