Funded by the European Union's 6th Framework Project, this paper presents how uncertainty can be represented and propagated through high fidelity aeroelastic simulations of aircraft. For this purpose, a formulation based on reduction of the system Jacobian matrix is used to perform non-deterministic analysis very efficiently through the use of an approximate Newton solver.
