Item Description: HHT tailored the high-number density positron pulse for temporally well-defined positronium (Ps) generation, with high-number density, suitable for laser spectroscopy. Implementation of the Ps-spectroscopy segment is now complete, and multiple photon excitation of Ps* levels - including Rydberg levels - is under way, exploiting the technique of resonance ionisation.
