Although the impact factor is not huge (JEF=3.6), this WHITE PAPER will be cited a lot, and its weight can be seen by the contributing authors from regulatory government bodies (FDA, Health Canada, USDA, RIVM) as well as industry (DOW, and Sanofi) and global academics (Alan Jeffrey, New York Medical College).
